Its content has been influenced greatly by interaction with several people (individuals in poor health and good health) who loves to take vegetables as part of their daily meal. Thus, enlighten them on some of the importance of vegetables that can enhance their health status. Researchers are presently looking forward to finding an alternative to drugs which has been proven to have adverse effect on prolong usage, thus, falling to our natural plants such as vegetables which is readily available all round the year and also accessible will ameliorate adverse effect generated using drug. Much knowledge about other vegetables will soon be unraveled with time as research is presently in progress. My hope is that this book may be of help to those who consume vegetables without the knowledge of their adverse effect when not properly guarded.
