David J. Galbreath is a senior lecture of politics and international relations at the University of Aberdeen. He has published on several policy areas in the Baltic States including minority rights, political parties, and foreign policy in journals such as the Journal of Baltic States, Cooperation and Conflict, Nationalities Papers, Geo-politics, and Governance.
