Elena Torres Olascoaga holds a MA in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex. She works as GAD consultant providing technical assistance for mainstreaming gender in research, consultancies, programs and projects. She has also worked for UN Women as well as national government institutions.
