hails from Efugo- Otukpa in Ogbadibo Local Government Area of Benue State, Nigeria. He holds a Second Class Hons Degree in Political Science and an M.Sc Degree in International Relations and Strategic Studies from Benue State University Makurdi, Benue State Nigeria where he is currently a Part- Time Lecturer with the Department of Political Science
