Elizabeth Wanyanga est titulaire d'un diplôme LLM de l'université du Botswana et d'un diplôme LLB (Hons) de l'université Moi, au Kenya. Elle est actuellement chargée de cours à la faculté de droit de l'université Moi, au Kenya, où elle était auparavant assistante principale du greffier général au sein du bureau juridique de l'État kenyan.
