We can spot the ugly and the beautiful in music through the consequences caused in a person's action and behavior. Understanding music is an act of intelligence, it must be done from early childhood, music education offering an extra chance to form a noble character. The world cannot get better if it is not communicated with the taste of beauty (it is difficult to be beautiful).
