ELIAS WATSON J. CHAKWERA, DOCTOR OF EDUCATION in Research and Evaluation Methods from University of Massachusetts, USA. He is now Principal of Domasi College of Education in Malawi. He has taught testing, measurement and research in the University of Malawi. He taught History and served as Headteacher in secondary between 1980 and 1993.
