The interpreted high-level context is then used to discover the best available service for the user. The proposed system is implemented in Java and simulated through test data. Results show that the proposed technique is promising.

Engr. Umar Mahmud did his BE in Software Engineering in 2003 and MS in Software Engineering in 2006 from National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. He has more than 6 years of teaching experience at UG level. He is presently serving as a member of faculty at Department of Computer Software Engineering (CSE), NUST.
