The main objective of this research, entitled "Continuing Education for Pedagogues in the Municipality of Fortaleza: Teachers' Reflections", was to find out whether and how continuing education has contributed to meeting the training needs of classroom teachers, seeking to understand, through the discussions held, the meaning and importance of continuing education for teachers' pedagogical practice.
