This study was conducted to appraise the implementation of Continuous Assessment Policy in Practical Agriculture (College of Education Level). The findings revealed that; (1) adequate orientation/training were not given to teachers. (2) assessment of students learning outcome in practical agriculture were still minimally carried out in affective and psychomotor domain; (3) most practical agriculture teachers do not comply with the guidelines on Continuous Assessment implementation; (4) facilities necessary teaching and learning are inadequate; (5) teachers compliance with the guideline on /Practical Agriculture is independent of their qualification and teaching experience. Based on the finding the researcher made some recommendations which can be found in the main work.
