The success of a project is critical to achieving development agenda in the local communities across the world. It is also understood that implementation of projects is fundamental if the project objectives and success are to be achieved. Various projects could be initiated to transform social, political and economic well-being of citizens in a particular country. The National Government - Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) in Kenya is a strategy initiative which is gaining a widespread acceptance across the populace. Its resultant observance has made Fund projects vulnerable to severe scrutiny especially in its implementation stage. This study sought to establish the influence of implementation of continuous improvement strategy on project performance in Webuye East NG-CDF.
