Contract and criminal law, institution on the one hand and discipline on the other, they are at first sight dissimilar in several respects. The mixture between them is surprising at first sight. However, since they are called upon to live in the same environment, they must necessarily have at least one point of convergence. They seem to interact with each other. The criminal law as a police law has an effect on the contract. It influences it by setting itself up as the guarantor of contractual loyalty both in the formation and in the performance of the contract. Thus, it sanctions unethical behaviour found in contract law, subject to its provision in criminal law. On the other hand, the interaction of the contract with criminal law can no longer be denied, but it cannot be concluded that it is imposed either. The classic criminal law system is no longer adapted and no longer meets society's expectations. Traditional sanctions are decried and accused of ineffectiveness. Criminal law is forced to adjust itself accordingly by considering necessary and profound reforms.
