In connection with the entry of the Russian state and civil society on the rails of market economy, the attention of the theory and practice of jurisprudence to civil legal relations in their new understanding has increased significantly, where a specific property interest becomes the cornerstone in place of abstract arguments about the common good and common benefit. Accordingly, actions of a specific authorized person, i.e. a subject of civil-law relations, on satisfaction of his/her interest become more and more important.
