Despite the strong presence of immigrants in Côte d'Ivoire, their contribution to development remains unknown. It is therefore necessary to understand how immigrants contribute to the socio-economic development of their host area. The results of the analysis show that immigrants are active in development activities. They represent about 90% of the founders of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, there is a differential contribution between national migrants (internal migration) and international migrants (foreign migration).
