Regional history viewed from this angle could give a comprehensive understanding in relation to national history.

Dr.V. Mallikarjuna Reddy born to Sri.V.Krishana Reddy and Smt.V.Saraswathamma, at village Mallurivandla palli , in Rayachoti taluk of Cuddapah (Kadapa) District. He had his early education and graduation at Rayachoti and obtained his Post-Graduation and Doctoral Degree in the Department of History from S.V.University, Tirupati,A.P.,India.
