This work is a contribution to the bacteriological analysis of the REGIDESO water consumed by the population of the KYESHERO district, city of Goma, Province of North Kivu in R.D Congo in 2017. After sampling, treatment, culture and analysis of the data, the following results were obtained: 7 Salmonella, 24 Schigella, 19 White Staphylococci, 42 Escherichia coli nermanii, 22 E. coli, 15 E. Born on 15/09/1984 in KABARE SUD-KIVU, Annie RUTERANYA did her primary and secondary studies in Ngweshe and at Lycée-Katana. She studied at ISP/GOMA in Biology. Currently, she is a teaching assistant where she conducts her research with her peers in the Great Lakes sub-region of Africa.
