The main objective of our work is based on a questionnaire on the use of painkillers and anti-inflammatory in self-medication around fifty people with different age and sex spread in the town of Tebessa with pharmacists in the town, and for this it is necessary to answer several questions. For that a survey prepared includes 21 questions divided on two axis, the first on general information of the respondents and the second relates to the self-medication itself. The survey was conducted during the period of 3 months between March 2021 and May 2021 in the town of Tebessa with the help of pharmacists in the region. The results obtained show a great importance of the use of painkillers and anti-inflammatory in self-medication with several consequences on the health of the man and also on their mentality of reaction with the drugs. These results require a continuity of the work to find more argumentative explanations and also a support by blood analysis of the investigated persons, in the future works.
