This work focuses on the development of by-products of olive cultivation and more particularly the olive pomace. Thus in the first chapter we present a bibliographical synthesis concerning the olive pomace and margines, their origins and their different uses, consolidated by a statistical study of the world, Moroccan and regional production. The extraction of lignins and tannins, the identification of samples and the different experimental methods are described in the second chapter. The third chapter is devoted to an attempt to formulate the glue and the development of bio-sourced material from the extracted products. The last chapter is devoted to the study of its mechanical properties. We end with a conclusion and perspectives.
