The last two sections analyze sectoral issues that influence long-term perspectives and development strategies for the state of Sergipe, and diagnoses and perspectives for public policies are covered in the fourth section.
Autorenporträt
Sie hat einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Staatlichen Universität Londrina (1989), einen Master-Abschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften von der Staatlichen Universität Maringá (2000) und einen Doktortitel in Wirtschaftsentwicklung von der Bundesuniversität Paraná (2008). Derzeit ist sie außerordentliche Professorin im Fachbereich Wirtschaft.
