On January 16, 2000, I made a big scientific discovery - "External magnetic field of conductive toroidal structures with poloidal current", which allows creating compact, powerful, safe, cheap and environmentally friendly thermonuclear reactor and thermonuclear rocket engine with a huge power ratio (more than 10e+16 J/m^3). The mathematical calculations carried out and the experiments that confirmed them, described on my website, allow us to hope to create an ultra-high-speed (more than 10e+7 m/s), ultra-high-temperature (more than 10e+8 °K) and short (0.1-0.5 m) plasma jet, which can be directly used in underwater and aerospace vehicles, and after cooling to technologically acceptable temperatures (the free path of an -particle with an energy of 2-4 MeV in air is 4-9 cm) is converted into mechanical work using anaerobic and highly efficient engines of Stirling.
