Today, dental implants have established themselves as the gold standard treatment for replacement of missing teeth. However, with the ever changing trends, protocols and advancements in this field, the implantologist is often left perplexed as to which treatment protocol or material is the best. This book aims to address each of these controversies, ranging right from the basic implant designs and surgical protocols to the types of final prosthesis; and in doing so, the current consensus is provided on each controversy based on the current literature available.
