Sally is a registered dietitian and busy mom of two young boys--and she tries to get everyone fed without losing her sanity or her sense of humor. Her career began in the nutrition department of Self magazine and she has been a freelance reporter and writer specializing in nutrition for more than 15 years, including six years as a contributing editor to Parents magazine. Sally's work has appeared in nearly 20 national magazines, including Parents, Prevention, Family Circle, Fitness, and Health. She has also been published on Huffington Post and is the co-author of Prevention magazine's The Flat Belly Diet! Family Cookbook. She writes the popular blog Real Mom Nutrition.
