Kelly Lambrakis is an editor, writer and a health food enthusiast. She is a widow and has three young boys, living in Southern California. She has always loved spending time in the kitchen. Her mother taught her how to cook at a very young age. As a little girl, they loved making favorite recipes together, including homemade treats for family and friends to enjoy. Years later, she continued that tradition, making it a priority to include her children in the kitchen, like her mother did, in hopes that her boys would enjoy cooking too.
