Ross runs a venture investing and innovation firm called Red Idea Partners, which invests in promising early-stage companies and has helped dozens and dozens of entrepreneurs plot their strategies and innovate. He has a degree in Political Science from Stanford University and proudly serves on the Advisory Board for the St. Vrain Valley School District's Innovation Center. Ross lives in Colorado with his wife, Peggy, and two sons, Emmett and Grant.
