This study aims to create an exercise program for the development of coordination skills in children aged 9 to 11 years in the soccer academy "Madrigal", thus giving solution to the problem raised, using field exploration and descriptive types of inquiry, also implementing the techniques and tools for data collection such as the survey to coaches, the interview for 1 manager and conducting the Illinois agility test aimed at the 15 players aged 9 to 11 years, showed as a result the low level of learning in the coordinative capacities that the players have in relation to the technical fundamentals in soccer including the implementation of didactic resources, training and knowledge of diverse variants of exercises by the coach that allows the players to have a significant learning, concluding with the thought that if the player does not carry out a correct development of his coordinative capacities tends to diminish his level of learning with respect to the technical fundamentals ofsoccer.
