The objective of this research was to reduce the levels of Burnout Syndrome in the workers of the company Imperios Operadores Logísticos S.A., applying the Coping Techniques proposed by Majoney and Arnkoff. The Maslach Burnout Inventory was applied to 28 workers to identify the levels of Burnout Syndrome. The initial inventory indicated that 39% of the workers surveyed presented medium levels of the B.S.; while 61% presented high levels of the variable under study, which shows that the workers presented emotional exhaustion, demotivation and indifference with their co-workers. The opposite case happened when the Coping Techniques were developed, where none of the participants showed a high level of Burnout Syndrome, but rather a statistically significant decrease in the levels of Burnout Syndrome, in which 25% reached low levels and 75% a medium level.
