Heena Pattni is a qualified accountant, blogger and author. She has had a career in finance for over 20 years, working for one of the largest accountancy firms in the world as well as a number of small start-up companies. She has also run a successful online retail business and a coaching therapy practice. Heena is a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and has undergone a wide range of personal development training. She has been lucky enough to use her extensive personal development training to create and lead a number of staff development courses. In addition to this, Heena has been through a significant, serious illness not once but twice, and is now just over five years in remission from cancer, which has allowed her to develop some valuable insights and coping strategies for the stresses of both life in general and the Horroffice in particular.
