The purpose of this study was therefore to demonstrate that in view of the shortcomings observed in the protection of authors' rights, it is necessary to make improvements both at the normative and jurisdictional levels. Thus, the objective of the study was to achieve better copyright protection by making proposals to improve existing mechanisms.

Der in Didiévi geborene Firmin Kouadio ist Schriftsteller und Jurist und hat einen Forschungsmaster 2 in Privatrecht. Nach seinem Abitur am Lycée Scientifique Yamoussoukro schrieb er sich an der Rechtswissenschaftlichen Fakultät der Universität Félix Houphouët Boigny ein, wo er seinen Master in Privatrecht erwarb. Neben seiner Liebe zum Recht hat er auch eine Leidenschaft für das Schreiben.
