Roger Fernández es el pastor de la iglesia Ríos de Restauración y Avivamiento en Santo Domingo, República Dominicana. Es ingeniero en telecomunicaciones y tiene un título en teología pastoral del Seminario Teológico Bautista Dominicano. Roger es el productor y el anfitrión del programa semanal Momentos de Restauración que se transmite por el canal Virus. Él y su esposa, Australia Pichardo, tiene dos hijos: Roger David y Héctor Eduardo.
