TJ Dockree mainly writes fantasy and historical dramas inspired by Cornwall, where she has lived since she was 18 months old.She is currently working on editing her first novel, Timeline 67, and has other first drafts waiting for her attention: Dream Walkers, Bait, Mine the Light, Love is a Language and Leviathan. She also dabbles in poetry from time to time and her poem The Maiden won first prize in Poetry Today - Beyond the Horizon in 1997. Since then she has had several other poems published in collections with other poets.Tracey loves encouraging others on their writing journey. She is regional co-ordinator for Cornwall for National Novel Writing Month every November and founded Cornwall Writers to encourage and promote local authors.Her day jobs are: editor for Ethical Rebel - an ethical fashion zine - and sustainable fashion and costume designer as Tracey Dockree.
