Professor Cox has published extensively in the areas of market regulation and corporate governance. ¿ Thomas Lee Hazen is the Cary C. Boshamer Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. His many books include Corporate Counsel Guides: Securities Regulation.
