It analyzes the conceptual framework on criminal responsibility of complicit Corporations for international crimes. It addresses the basic question of establishing criminal responsibility against fictitious entities. The challenges and prospects of prosecuting complicit corporations under domestic criminal laws, the African Court of Justice and human rights, and the International criminal Court international has been deeply analyzed. Lastly, the Book suggests for the clear inclusion of corporate criminal responsibility under the Congolese law and the Rome Statute. It also suggests the consolidation of corporate criminal responsibility under the Protocol of the African Court of Justice and Human rights.

Dagmawi Kebede (LL.B, LL.M - Public international law) is a Lecturer of Law at Wolkite University School of Law. He was also a part time lecturer at Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Dagmawi has a track of academic achievements and participation in different researches.
