Noel M. Tichy is a professor of organizational behavior and human resources management at the University of Michigan Business School. Andrew R. McGill is a professor at the University of Michigan Business School and also leads a consortium of human resources executives from forty global corporations. Lynda St. Clair is assistant professor of management at Bryant College. She has published in several journals and magazines, including Academy of Management Journal and Organizational Dynamics.
