This book on corporate governance and performance of Microfinance institutions with a case study of Rwanda deals with how are the corporate governance factors, that is board size, its composition and the supervision, correlated with the performance of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) measured through the impact on their clients, the outreach as well as through the sustainability of MFIs. The findings on the correlation between the board size, the board composition as well as the supervision and the performance of microfinance institutions in Rwanda was found mixed.
