This book presents in its content, an advanced study of the relationship between corporate governance practice and performance of corporate organisations with focus on financial (banks and insurance firms) institutions. Using corporate governance practices stated in the Central Bank of Nigeria code of corporate governance practices 2006 in the banking and insurance industries, the book investigated the content of Nigeria corporate governance for evidence of its impacts on corporate organisations performance.
