Corporate Reputation is the net perception of a company by its stakeholders from its past and present actions. This publication is a one-stop shop which x-rays the reputation debate in Cameroon in an industry that has been on the spotlight for close to two decades. While navigating classical theories, perceptions and insights on Corporate Reputation, it breaks interesting new ground by addressing Corporate Reputation from an audience perspective through a survey. While it doesn't pretend to have a holistic approach on the subject, it sets the stage for an interesting and ongoing discussion on what people say about the organisations that impact their lives on a daily basis.
