NICOLE DEITELHOFF is Professor of International Relations, Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt, Germany. She is also project director at the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (PRIF). She is one of the Principal Investigators of the Cluster of Excellence 'Formation of Normative Orders'. KLAUS DIETER WOLF is Chair of International Relations, Technische Universität Darmstadt, Germany. He is also the Deputy Director of the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt (PRIF) and Principal Investigator of the Cluster of Excellence 'Formation of Normative Orders'. He was President of the German Political Science Association (DVPW) from 2003-2006.
