Corporate social reporting practices of companies in Kenya is little known. This is despite the fact that this practice has become of immense importance in both the developed and developing countries. This book aims at establishing out the dimensions of this new reporting practice in Kenya. It specifically aims at bringing to light if there is any form of corporate social reporting practiced in Kenya, the extent and mode of reporting, guidelines commonly followed and the quality of information disclosed in these reports. The book aims to sensitize firms and stakeholders on the need for this important voluntary disclosure practice and the need to encourage it practice.
