Autorenporträt
After a professional career as a strategic planner, retail manager and consultant, Katrin Hansen became a professor at Westfalian University in 1994. In this position she is a member of the research network on women and gender in North-Rhine-Westfalia. She is Vice-President of Westfalian University in charge of studying, teaching and international relations. Katrin Hansen has been leading several research projects on different aspects of diversity, publishing nationally and internationally on diversity and diversity management. Cathrine Seierstad is a Lecturer in International Human Resource Management in the Centre for Research in Equality and Diversity (CRED) at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London. She previously worked at the University of Sussex and Brunel Business School. Her research interests fall largely within the fields of equality, diversity and inclusion, women on boards, women in leadership, corporate governance and CSR. CathrineSeierstad's research is widely published in books and journals (such as Work, Employment and Society, Corporate Governance: An International Review, Journal of Business Ethics, Gender, Work and Organisations, and Scandinavian Journal of Management).
