Ramon Paz-Vega (Ph.D., ITESM, Mexico) is a professor of Management and Business Ethics at the Universidad de Monterrey, in Mexico. His research focuses on the social responsibility of multinational firms' subsidiaries. He is also an avocado grower, owns a fruit exporting company, and works as a consultant in several Latin American countries.
