The book identifies various CSR initiatives adopted by banking sector in India and studies social impact of microfinance on beneficiaries to find a relation between CSR & Microfinance in banks. Four dimensions impacted by microfinance: Economical & Financial; Education of Children; Empowerment; and Family Health & Welfare have been studied.
