In this book various organizational characteristics and their relation with corporate social responsibility is evaluated. The primary aim of this work is to examine the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and subsidiaries of foreign multinational corporations working in Pakistan while identifying the growing emergence of multinational corporations and imminent consciousness of social issues in Pakistan. The central theme of this work tries to present the main driving forces behind the initiative of managers to adopt the CSR practices in subsidiaries. In order to inspect this, data is collected particularly from managers of subsidiaries working in Pakistan. The three hypotheses are formulated in order to: Analyze the relationship between subsidiary's autonomy and CSR, analyze the relationship between headquarters-subsidiary integration and CSR and to analyze the stakeholder's influence on CSR. All these hypothesis are accepted in this research because research have found enough statistical evidence to conclude that CSR is strongly related with subsidiary's autonomy, integration between headquarter and subsidiary and stakeholders of corporation.
