Mezhentseva G.N. graduated from the Faculty of History at the Smolensk State Pedagogical Institute. In 1995 she finished postgraduate study at Moscow Pedagogical State University. Since 1995 - candidate of pedagogical sciences. Since 1997 - assistant professor. Place of work - assistant professor in the department of special pedagogy and psychology at Smolensk State University.
