The study was applied to compare between FPA in diplegic cerebral palsied (study group) and normal children (control group) within three age groups (five to six, six to seven and seven to eight years), to assess the difference of the foot progression angle among the three age groups of diplegic cerebral palsied children and to investigate the correlation between FPA of right and left lower extremity and balance in diplegic cerebral palsied children. Children were selected from the outpatient clinic of faculty of physical therapy, Cairo University and divided into three equal age groups. Foot progression angle and balance were evaluated for each participated child by the use of dynamic footprint during walking barefoot at free walking speed and biodex balance system respectively. Results of the present study showed that there was a positive correlation between FPA of the right foot and OSI, API as well as MLI. On the other hand, there was non-significant correlation between FPA ofthe left foot and OSI, API as well as MLI.
