Chinyere Piousy Onyebuchi was born into a pastoral Christian home in Ubakala in Abia State Nigeria. She hold a B.sc in Economics from Babcock University in Nigeria, she has a diploma in Computer training, she has served as one time agent of the Home Health Education Service in Ghana.She is a hard working and enthusiastic individual.
