In the earlier book shows the linear perspective of progress on technology. In contract, this new book shows the planner perspective of correlative views of the law, etc. This is a kind of comprehensive theory of technology. The technology which keeps increase of entropy down is preferable. I considered the analogy of the theory of entropy to the social phenomena. This book supposes more widely readers who are interested in technology.
