Novel organic compound of N'-(4-Hydroxy-3-Methoxy Benzylidene) Benzohydrazide was synthesized. UV-Visible and FTIR studies were carried out to characterize the newly prepared compounds. Electrochemical and Non-electrochemical methods have revealed that, thus prepared compound inhibited corrosion by spontaneous chemisorptions on the surface. Unprotonated and protonated organic compound have participated in the dissolution of iron. The positively charged surface complex prevented the approach of H+ ions. The hydrogen evolution reaction was retarded and thereby corrosion was inhibited.

Este é o Dr. P. Mohan a trabalhar como professor assistente de química, sree sevugan annamalai college, devakottai a partir de Janeiro de 2015. Concluí o meu posto decorado na UNIST, ULSAN, Coreia do Sul, de Novembro de 2013 a Novembro de 2014. Fiz o meu mestrado em Química e doutoramento (bateria de iões de lítio) na Universidade de Alagappa, Karaikudi. Índia.
