Kempe Ronald Hope, Sr., formerly a senior official with the United Nations, is the Director of the Policy Division, Development Practice International, Canada. His recent books include Police Corruption and Police Reforms in Developing Societies (2016), The Political Economy of Development in Kenya (2012), and Poverty, Livelihoods, and Governance in Africa: Fulfilling the Development Promise (2008).
