Corruption as a social evil is inhumane, uncivilized and pathological phenomenon of public administration. Corruption is one of the important elements that were threatening the rule of law. Corruption is a multidimensional phenomenon forensics, anthropologicalpsychological, economic, social, legal and political nature. It is multidimensional phenomenon.
