James T. Gire is the Jackson-Hope Distinguished Institute Professor, Life Sciences, at the Virginia Military Institute where he has served as the head of the Department of Psychology since 2006. Abdul Karim Bangura has five PhDs and is a researcher-in-residence of Abrahamic Connections and Islamic Peace Studies at American University's Center for Global Peace.
